Woke up at 1200h~!!!!! OMG...Had beehoon + fried chicken wing for breakfast...~
S & SR went for the tuition co-ordinators interview....but S sms-ed me that it was a ridiculous thing...
The Scent shop @ Junction 8 had accepted S already...SR also got accepted by the Lavender shop @ United Square...both of them will be starting work on 02 January 2003...
Chatted with S on the phone then left my house at 1530h...
Met Jiaping on my way to the bus-stop...took bus 190 to Plaza Singapura...reached there at 1630h...
Today is my 12th day of work~~!!!
Had a briefing first...Tony said last saturday was a new record high ($7000++ excluding Grandton Card) for our weekend sales~!!! =)
But that was also the day I worked until I fell sick...haha....~ But still satisfied cos' he said the staff was only 13 strong & could make such sales SMOOTHLY.....heehee~!!! =)
Today was very smooth & easy too...had fun working~!! Realised you'll only enjoy your job when you have a good relationship with your colleagues...it's fun working together & helping one another... =) (Tony is getting nicer too...haha..)
Weiwei was the host...
Tiffany said I'm the most "guai" already cos' I always automatically bring all the plates to the kitchen...heehee~~~ =)
My parents came to see me at work today...but they just stood outside the glass panels to watch for a while...they also browsed through the menu...heehee~
Ended work at 2200h...bought McChicken burger & 6 nuggets from the McDonald's at Plaza Singapura...~
Took bus 190 home...reached home at 2330h...
Bathed & chatted with S while watching "The Nation's Countdown" LIVE on channel 5 for a while...~
Alright...so it's 2003 already...HAPPY NEW YEAR~!!!!!! May everything goes well this coming new year....~~~ =)

Woke up at 1030h by S' call~!!! Late already~~~
Was supposed to meet her at Far East Plaza bus-stop at 1100h....~
Gobbled down a piece of pandan cake then rushed out of my house...took bus 190 to the bus-stop in front of HMV to meet her...
She went for the 2nd interview for the ice-kachang job at Jurong East in the morning...they had accepted her already...it's $6/hour but it's at Chinatown....
We went to Annex & she bought a black handphone pouch...then went to HMV...
Walked to Ngee Ann City & went to Delifrance for lunch...ate a Le Tropique (chicken bangutte) sandwich...not bad...but the pineapple + tomato are turning me off...
SR came & met us here...we then looked through the Classfied section of Straits Times & called up a few companies...
Saw YP & LB working as salesgirls @ Takashimaya...
Went to ask for vacancies @ Takashimaya but there were none at the moment....
They then went for their 2nd interviews @ Inner Peace...& both got accepted...it's $4.50/hour on weekdays & $5/hour on weekends...
S then called up the person in-charge of the ice-kachang business cos' she decided not to go for it anymore...~
We then walked through the underpass....where SR then left to meet her mother...
S & I then went to Royal...Hyatt...Goodwood hotels to ask if there are any vacancies for banquet waitresses...
Took bus 190 home after that...reached home at 1700h...bathed & went online...
Had a GREAT dinner (rice + spicy cabbages + toufu + sausages + hotdogs+ fish fillet)...then went for my 3rd day at work as the phone assistant...
Walked to block 288...it's Josephine's (auntie) first day of work...Gek Choo (very aggressive)...Ann were there too...
Knocked off at 2200h...CH called me to ask if she could ask my dad to be her private driving instructor...
Saw Wen Bin...Justin & 2 other ex-BPian guys playing table-tennis under block 288...Wen Bin called out to me & said hi...
Was blowing my nose all the way home...haha~
Sis was home at 1900h today & had home-cooked dinner after so long of eating out...
Chatted with S after I was home...then ate a roasted drumstick...YUM~!!! =þ
Packed my drawers + cupboard...threw away many magazines + newspapers...~
Went online at 0100h...made some changes to my blog...
Slept at 0400h!!!!....

Woke up at 1030h...still having a bad headache...my whole body was still aching...sigh~
Dad was at home...went online..
Had pandan cake for breakfast...drank lots of water...hoping to soothe my burning throat...~
Had porridge later too...been starving for so long...better eat lots today....heehee~~
Bathed & had home-cooked dinner~!!! I really ate alot man...rice + egg + luncheon meat...yummy~!!! =)
Felt much better after dinner already... =)
Dad drove me to block 288 for work at 1900h...I just wore t-shirt + shorts...
It's my 2nd day of work as a phone assistant...3 more ladies joined me ---> Shirley (think she's from China...speaks damn loudly..stays in Braddell)...Ann (stays in Woodlands)...& Peiyin (stays in Bukit Batok...just graduated from NTU)...
Managed to make an appointment with a person today....phew~~~
Ended work at 2200h...walked home with Peiyin...
Chatted with S & watched abit of "Child's Play" on Channel i then went online....
YH told me he's allergic to alcohol (!!!???) & he's having rashes now cos' he drank at his brother's wedding dinner...
Browsed through lots of online job listings & went to bed at 0330h...~

S called me at 1030h & woke me up...we chatted for a while...
Had beehoon + ham + tougan for breakfast...
Took the train to City Hall station to meet S there at 1245h...
Went to Raffles City & saw the Perfect 10 crew there...we then went to see my sis @ work... =P
Walked to Suntec City...went to the McDonald's @ Suntec City for lunch...we ate a double McSpicy burger + chocolate ice-cream each...I was having a bad sore-throat already... =(
We then went to Nescafe Cafe (behind Marché) for an interview...the interviewer was very long-winded~!!!
We then went to meet SR @ the platform of City Hall MRT station...took the train to Tanjong Pagar & went to Amara Hotel for another interview...at first it was about ice-kachang...then it became e-cosway & m-cosway....Damien (the interviewer) even brought us around the retail shop to take a look....everything's in the glass panels...so weird~!!! It was such a long inteview...(don't even seemed like interview to me)...
We then took the train back to Somerset...& went to the a Japanese restaurant at a Starhub building at Cuppage Road...but they said the interview sessions had ended...
I then split ways with S & SR...they were going to Inner Peace @ Ngee Ann City while I gotta report for work...
Reached there at 1715h...today is my 11th day of work~~
This was my first time working on a Saturday night...
ALOT of staff were around at around 1730h...so Tony might as well brief us on the New Year's Eve matters etc...
He shot me a question again~!!! "What are we serving on New Year's Eve?"....LUCKILY i read a notice on the board while ironing my apron...& I answered,"A-la-carte & the set menus."....Yippee~!!! Finally I could answer his question~!!! =)
We were each given 2 sets of Yummy Card rewards booklets...& also our payslip~!!! This was my first pay here...but the amount is pathetic...haha~~...
Soup of the day was bacon & potato...vegetables were red & white carrot & french bean...rice was almond rice...fruit was papaya...
I was placed in Charlie Brown's area today...but most of the time I was at Snoopy or Woodstock area...
It was a really busy night...I just worked non-stop...& my throat was damn dry & painful...~ =(
Keyed in something wrong today...I was suppose to FOC (free-of-charge) one of the three Rib-eye steak....but I forgot...asked Ryan for help... =) He helped me get the card from Mark (so as to void the wrong one)...& helped me key in the right one... =)
Towards the closing hour...there were still many customers who just refused to leave~!!! Arghhhh...~!!!
We were supposed to close at 2230h...but they stayed until 2245h...goodness~ By that time I was already half-dead...really exhausted & thirsty.... =(
We then swept & mopped the floor...Ryan...Alson..Jaynus...Ether & I were all doing closing....
All of us took the lift down together (including Tony + Jonathan + Tiffany + Jerry)...
Took bus 190 with Jaynus & Xiaowei...VERY tired ahhhh....~~~
Felt very sick on the bus already...my whole body was aching...& my throat hurt even more...
I was dragging myself home...reached home at 0015h...sis was online already...
I was half sleeping & half drinking the soup my mum prepared...I then went to rest on my bed & don't feel like getting up to bathe...
Changed out of my jeans...then went back to sleep again....
My bedroom lights were on until 0400h...when I woke up again to change out of my top & switched off the lights....

Installed Microsoft Office XP Pro...~
Went online...ate alot of Oreos...
Went offline at 1600h then went to bathe...
Watched the Microsoft Interactive Training to learn how to use the programmes...I didn't know there were so many things to learn~!!
Won a pair of tickets to watch "2009 Lost Memories" anytime at any Golden Village cinemas~!!! =) It was cos' of the email I sent to Nokia Singapore...Heehee~!!! =)
Received a letter from Red Cross too...about blood donation stuff...guess I'm gonna sign up as a HOPE member~!!! Then I'll have to donate blood at least 3 times a year...no problem~!!! =)
Had rice...toufu...soup...fish...vegetables & chicken for dinner...~
Watched "Thank God It's Friday"...& "The Unbeatables III" (last episode)....HAPPY ENDING~!!! Rather ridiculous also...everything was a bluff...~ But still happy that Yan Fei & Qifang were still reunited eventually... =D
Had to change my image hosting site...cos' Boomspeed has removed me from their service...anyway I finally found another free image hosting site for my baby photographs...heehee...Gizba is now my new image host~~
Watched "My MVP Valentine"...I was online until 0230h...my goodness...7.5 hours of onlining non-stop...~!!!

Went online...chatted with S...she went for the training today....but she left halfway cos' it was actually doing outdoor sales...& she don't like it...she then went to meet SR to go for the interview for the job at StarHub...$9/hour..so shiok...~ That's where FY is working at now...
Left my house at 1545h...(kidda late)....
Walked in the rain to take bus 190 to Plaza Singapura...reached there at 1645h just nice~~
Today is my 10th day at work~!!!
Jolene, Xianyin, Frederick & I (all newbies!!) were all working the same shift...Rachale (looks like Samantha from NJC), Xiao Hui & Wilson were working the 1800h-2300h shift...
Soup of the day was seafood soup (that's new)...rice was salmon mix rice...fruit was rock melon (like honeydew..but it's orange)...
I was placed in the Snoopy area today...Christine came to eat with her friends in the evening....Bernise brought her friends too...but that was at night...
Today was rather busy....even Sam & Tiffany gotta do all the basic work themselves too...I closed the central today...wiped the dispenser machine clean etc...realised Sam is VERY particular about the floor getting wet...he HATES it~!!!
Knocked off at 2200h...walked out together with Jolene & Xianyin...but they took the train home...
I took bus 190 home...went to the McDonald's @ Lot 1 to buy a McChicken burger + Fish 'O' Fillet burger...cos' I have the coupons...heehee~ & that's my dinner~!!!
Reached home at 2315h....sis was home already...she brought a soup home for me again...
Chatted with S....then bathed & watched the recorded "The Unbeatables III" (today's) with my sis...very nice~!!! =)

Left my house at 1230h to meet S at Orchard Road...I was actually late already...oops~~
It was raining very heavily when I reached town..Met S at the underpass near Tangs...
S gave me a small box of chocolates & I finished it~!!! =)
We walked through Wisma Atria...then to Ngee Ann City...saw K there with his friends...his botak head is so funny...haha~!! =P
We then went to Cineleisure...We shared a 3-piece chicken meal at KFC @ Cineleisure...damn full after eating that...felt very very sleepy too....slept there for quite a while while listening to my disc...~
We then walked to the bus-stop behind Somerset MRT Station cos' S was taking bus 162 home...she left at 1630h...
I walked very slowly to Plaza Singapura....sigh~
Today is my 9th day of work...

Weiwei told me she's 22 years old...but I don't believe...I mean she looks like she's only 16 loh...~
Tony was rather okay with me today... =)
Learnt that pizza gotta wait for 15 minutes to be ready...Charlie Caesar Salad can be with or without chicken...& when taking orders for desserts....must ask customers they want it to be served now or later...~
Saw Bao Tian with her stead at table 42....keke~
I was rather busy throughout the day...doing the usual stuff...the only mistake I made was I kept taking orders for BBQ chicken when it was already under the ' 86 Items' (no more stock) list.... =( Alot of items ran out near the end of the day...
Also broke a bottle of pepper while wiping table 33...oops...~
I did closing for the first time...Daniel & Muthu (the cleaner) taught me how to throw away the black garbage bags...had to go down to basement 1...then walked a long way to the garbage truck to throw everything up...~
Since today was Wednesday...I had to use some Scotch spray + grey sponge + warm water to clean the booth seats of table 42...
Then I swept + mopped the floor of the Snoopy + Charlie areas with Christine, Wilson & Daniel...~
Knocked off at 2300h...Met Wilson halfway to the bus-stop & we walked to the bus-stop in front of Park Mall together...I took bus 190 home...luckily I got a seat~~
Reached home at midnight...Sis prepared a toasted ham sandwich for me~!! =) Yum~!!!
Went to bathe then went online...slept at 0330h...~

Woke up at 0815h...yawnz~!!! Had beehoon + ham + sausages for breakfast...
Today is Christmas Eve~!!! =)
Rained very heavily in the morning...went online...
Left my house at 0930h....walked to the bus-stop in the drizzle...
Today is my 8th day of work~!!!
Took bus 190 to Plaza Singapura...had a really nice sleep on the bus...reached there at 1030h...
Fish & Co. seemed to have caught fire or something...cos' I saw a few firemen running into Fish & Co...& the first level of Plaza Singapura was rather smoky & the smell was terrible...~
Snoopy Place was holding a buffet for RPD organisation (???)...so my job was basically just to re-fill drinks (Pepsi / 7-Up / iced-water / warm water)....& to clear the plates....~
The buffet was from 1100h to 1300h...for the first time I saw the Snoopy mascot~!!! It was in the Santa Clause's costume...sOoOo cute~!!!! =) Xiao Wei was inside the mascot...~
Today was rather slack...after 1300h...we cleared & wiped the tables...then we had our lunch...which was the remaining food from the buffet...I ate only the chips + cakes...took spaggetti too...but the tomato sauce was so gross~!!! X(
At 1400h....we then cleared the buffet tables + trays...then Jerry asked me to sort out the cutleries & replenish them....woah...it was an easy job...but it took me a long time cos' there were ALOT...~
I then set the tables...with fork, knife, then soup spoon....finally it was the sweeping of the floor...~
Work ended at 1500h today...went to Heerens to buy some stuff then took bus 190 from behind Ngee Ann City home...I was having a headache...& I slept while standing in the bus... -_-zZz
S went to her grandma's house...
Walked home in the drizzle...reached home at 1630h...my parents were home already...~
Bathed then went online...Had rice...cabbages...bak kut teh...fish...dougan for dinner...home-cooked dinner is still the best~~
Watched the recorded "The Unbeatables III" (yesterday's) in the living room...then went back to my room to watch today's "The Unbeatables III"...very nice~!!!
Sis brought home wedges (yum~!!!)...garlic bread & plain buns...~ Hee..~

Woke up at 1100h by HY's call...cos' I asked her to give me a morning call..or else I definitely can't get up...
Went to CCK MRT station to meet her at 1200h...we then went to buy "Lord Of The Rings - The Two Towers" movie tickets & went to buy her lunch while I went to see my mum...
HY then came to my house...we went online...then S also came to my house...at around 1300h...
HY gave me & S each a gift....from Australia...I got a little cup + 2 nougats + a card + some magazine cuttings....heehee...~!! =)
S also gave me a Christmas card... =) Oops...I haven't gotton anything for anyone...~ =(
We then went to Lot 1 at 1330h & I treated S to the movie too...S gotta sit at the seat in front of me cos' there were no more empty seats beside HY + me...we watched "Lord Of The Rings - The Two Towers" at 1345h...it was a 3-hour movie (!!!)...kidda hard to understand too..especially when I didn't watch the first one...& I don't read the book....~
Went home at 1700h...bathed...then went online...~
Went to Keat Hong for dinner with my parents...mixed vegetables~!!! =)
My parents then went with me to Block 288 to meet Maggie (the lady in-charge of the phone assistant job)...I was supposed to meet her at 1900h at the void-deck...but she called me to ask me up to the 6th floor to meet her...my parents tagged along too...know they are worried about my safety...~
This is my second job~!!! & today is my first day~!!!
Maggie stays on the 5th floor though...I gotta make the calls in a room...from the lists she had provided me with...I called the Jurong West area today...kept repeating,"Hello..I'm calling from PropNex Property company...Sorry to disturb you at this hour...blah blah blah..."....repeated until my mouth almost rot...~ =P
Maggie's husband, Kelvin Tan returned later...Maggie is a very nice person...~ then Kelvin taught me some rapport-building skills with people over the phone...I managed to find someone who has the intention of selling her flat...then I jotted down her particulars...~ =)
Kelvin then taught me the proper way of getting the information from people...~
There were certain calls that I had to speak in Chinese (you3 mai2 zu3 xiang3 yao4 mai3 ni3 de4 wu1 zi3)...& even Hokkien~!!! OMG~
My work ended at 2200h...took bus 300 home...cos' it was kidda dark...~

Woke up at 1030h by dad's call...~

Chatted with HY on the phone then went back online...she has got a sore throat...~
Went back online again....chatted with S after bathing...
Left my house at 1515h...took bus 190 to Plaza Singapura...so damn cold on the bus~!!
Reached there at 1630h...today is my 7th day of work~!!
Had a staff briefing...there was a change in the Yummy card rewards...Yankee drummer has been replaced by Grilled wings & Calarmari has been replaced by Calarmari salad...
Tony even shot me a question,"What's the sauce use for the Thai Chicken noodle??"....err...How would I know???? =|
Anyway..he was trying to make the point that the new staff should not taking orders until they know the menu VERY WELL...kaozz..~ as if I wanna take orders...how can I ignore customers when they call me??? =(
So I tried to ignore customers who were holding on to the menus...& did alot of clearing...setting...& re-filling of drinks...~
Soup of the day was bacon & potato...vegetables was carrot...cauliflower...& French beans...fruit was orange...rice was pineapple rice...
Saw Mr. Koh Chong Mong with his family outside Snoopy Place...
Around 1900h...I went to the Woodstock area with Wei Wei (sweet, friendly)...I was stationed there for the evening...
Wei Wei asked if I play basketball...haha...do I look like someone who plays alot?? Haha..~
Asked her what's the sauce used for Thai chicken noodle...& she also did not know~!!! But she went to ask & the answer was PEANUT SAUCE~!!! -_-
We wiped the windows & seats...this is the first time I did something with tables 70 to 73...50, 51, 60 & 61...all the Woodstock tables...I didn't wanna take any orders...but table 51 called me...& Wei Wei was not around...so i HAD to take...sigh~
And mind you....it was such a longggggggg order...my goodness....was so afraid I'd key in the wrong items...
Nothing much went wrong except that the grilled wings is not the Hawaiin grilled wings....it's under the "Starters" button~!!! Dao Liang (tall guy, friendly, helpful) came to tell me that...oopsy~~ =X
Took a long time to set up the tables in the Woodstock area cos' the tables are all so long~!!!
I also presented the bill using a coffee plate (with logo in the centre)...
Slipped & fell in the kitchen when I was going to get something from there...ouch~...not only that....even dragged the whole tray of cutleries down with me & the cleaner gotta re-wash them... =(
Ended work at 2200h...& went to change my top...tonight was Snoopy Place's Christmas party...~
I sat at the table waiting for things to get done....it started at around 2300h...only a few people did not turn up...most did...
Realised the other time when I met 3 colleagues....they were Kerin (16 years old)...Xian Yin (16 years old, cute, small) & Liping (16 years old, friendly)...the 3 of them are best friends...cos' they came from the same school...
We first had a buffet...I only ate a small portion of beehoon + 3 satay + 1 otah...not very hungry also...
We then had the gift exchange session...we were supposed to pick a no. cos' all the gifts had been labelled with numbers...
I received a box of Guylian chocolates...Xianyin said it was from her....haha..~ =)
The kitchen Auntie received mine...keke..~ =P
Today was Hwee Nee's 18th birthday by the way...
Then there was a briefing from Jonathan (new House Manager...even of a higher rank than Tony~!!)....
We then played games...the first game was the tying up of each hand & leg of a pair together...then they are supposed to walk to somewhere & get something back...I didn't play that...
The second game was blind-folding someone & another person was supposed to shout directions to him/her to go to somewhere...I didn't play that either...heehee~
Third game was like this: everyone in the team gotta squeeze up onto the red sofa...whichever team got up first will win...I played this...my team won too...hee...~
Fourth game was the passing of the last chair to the first person so that the whole team (standing on the chairs) can move forward...my team won that too...~
Last game was also on the chairs...everyone gotta make one round on the chairs until we are back in our original positions...my team won again....hee~!! =)
We then had prize presentation finally....all the girls received a prize each....I received a Spike doggy soft toy...so cute~~ =P
Finally there was a lucky draw...I was around the 4th or 5th to be called...& I received a Mashimaro notebook...with stickers...cute~
The party ended at around 0230h...we then cleared up & arranged everything back...& arranged the taxi stuff...~

Just realised "The Ketchup Song - Las Ketchup" is the song that Snoopy Place plays every morning when I'm doing my opening duties~!!! =P
Chatted with S for a while...she found a job @ AMK central...$7-shop (???)...but the pay is rather low...~ Hmm...she still considering whether to go for it...she also told me about a job that was advertised on the newspapers...& I called up...
Went for the interview @ Block 288 void-deck at 1330h...kidda near my house...
The person-in-charge is Maggie...a property agent...my job would be just to call up people from the lists she will provide me with...& ask if they have any intention in selling their house...if yes...then take down their particulars....if not...just move on to the next person on the list...~ The pay is rather good...$6/hour...$50/exclusive & $200/lobang...(don't really understand)...but only working from 1900h - 2200h from Monday to Thursday every week....~
There were 5 of us who came for the interview...Maggie's husband...Kelvin Tan...is her co-partner....
It started raining very heavily when we left...I took bus 300 to CCK interchange...then took bus 190 from there to Orchard Road...
Called up S + YH to (kind of) confirm our meeting time...Had a mis-communication cos' when YH internet-SMS me...I thought it was HY who was sms-ing me...(she's the only one who is always using net-sms)...so I replied all YH's messages to HY's handphone....OMG~~ =P
Reached town at 1500h...went to Borders...saw Michelle there with 2 of her friends...I listened to alot of songs in Borders...especially New Age songs...hmm...~
Waited for S + YH until I almost died... =(
S came at 1700h...went to the bus-stop outside Far East Plaza to meet her...~
We went to Level One to sit down while eating a curry puff each....yum~~
We then went to Orchard MRT station to wait for YH....he reached at 1900h...~
We then walked through Wisma Atria...Ngee Ann City then to Cineleisure...ALOT of people were at Orchard Road today....there was even a rock band performing in front of Paragon...~
We went to KFC @ Cineleisure for dinner...YH ate a 3-course meal...while S & I both ate a Zinger meal each...
We then went to Heerens...YH bought a pair of orange bermudas at the Flash 'N' Splash...& a grey sleeveless top at Bods 'n' Bodynits...
After that...we then went to the funfair beside Orchard MRT station to take a look...the "Music Dance" ride seems really fun but we did not play anything...
We then went home from there...S took bus home...but YH & me took the train home...he alighted at Admiralty...
Reached home at 2330h...Sis reached home earlier than me~!!! =O
Chatted with S then went to bathe....drank the red pepper soup sis brought home for me...felt like I was drinking curry...
Went online...~ Sis counted her hamsters...she has a total of 46 hamsters (!!!)...excluding those newborn ones~!!! OMG~~

Today is my 6th day of work~!!!
Su Chuan + Mimi were working the morning shift...
Ryan was working in the kitchen....
MQ + QingFen + Xiao Hui + me are working the afternoon shift...
Soup of the day was mushroom soup...vegetables of the day were turnip + carrot...fruit of the day was honeydew...~
Xiao Hui told me that adults cannot order Kid's meals for themselves to eat~!! Cos' Kid's meals are for children below 12 years old..
I stood at the host stand most of the time today...answered ALOT of calls & took alot of reservations...
It was a rather uneventful working day for me...
I've learnt how to generate the bill receipt for customers....just press the table no. first...then press "Recall"....then press "Total"... finally press "Hold To Continue"....the receipt will then come out....then just put it into the black cover...& hand it to the customers...asking them to check through the receipt...then they will either give a credit card/cash into the black cover...then just bring back the black cover...the rest I don't know already...heehee~~ =P
Met Jolene (18 years old, graduated from TPJC, took Maths C, Geography, Economics, stays in Hougang, ex-Tampines Sec) for the first time....she's working the evening shift...together with Wilson + Alson...~
Ended work at 1700h...received HY's sms that she's back from Australia already... =)
Went to meet S at Ngee Ann City...she went out with JY + SR...also went to play for a while with NJCSB which was busking at Ngee Ann City from 1200h - 2000h...
We went to Long John Silver @ Cineleisure to eat...then went to Heerens....I bought a cute white bear wearing a blue shirt as a gift for the gift exchange session for Snoopy Place's Christmas party...also bought a blue wrapping paper & had it wrapped...
We went to take a Lovegetti neo-print @ Heerens...we had different opinions about which to select...but in the end we took her option...
We then walked to Plaza Singapura...saw Annie + Carine + Mitchell + Jason + Charles + Jeremy sitting near the Meridian Hotel... chatted with Annie for a while before continue walking to Plaza Singapura...
Went back to Snoopy Place to look for Fion to hand over my gift + receipt....but she was not around...so I just hand them over to the retail people...saw Hweenee + Jia Zhi + Wilson + Bernise working...quite alot of customers in Snoopy Place...~
S & I then walked all the way back to the bus-stop near Far East Plaza to take a bus home...
I took bus 190...very crowded...my legs were aching terribly....~~
Reached home at 2100h....just in time for "The Unbeatables III"...went online...~
Went to bathe at 2200h...drank soup...then went online again...

Left my house at 0700h....bought a pen cos' I thought I forgot to bring a pen...~
Took bus 190A to Plaza Singapura...had a good sleep on the bus...yawnz~
Today is my 5th day of work~!!!
Reached at 0800h again....but the door was opened...Jerry reached already...~
I washed & fixed the water dispensers...scraped the milk container of the coffee machine clean...refilled the ice...prepared lemon tea...washed the cloths & put them on side plates (side plates do not have a logo in the centre)...top-up chilli sauce bottles..swept + mopped the inner areas (gotta use warm water + lemon for mopping)...set up the coffee machine....blew the balloons using the machine...Charmaine (16 years old, Eurasian, National Women's Soccer team goal-keeper, inline-hockey, floorball player) worked the morning shift together with me...
Soup of the day was tuna & potato...vegetables of the day were cauliflower..carrots & long beans..fruit of the day was watermelon (again)...
There were rather few customers in the morning....but quite alot in the afternoon cos' of a children's show at Plaza Singapura...~
Frederick (16 years old, just finished 'O' Levels at Chestnut Drive Sec)....Ryan (20 years old, dyed hair, tall)...Wilson..Justin came for the afternoon shift...
I answered a call in the morning...& told the person that we'll be able to fax our menu to her...but Jerry told me he wanted to know what's her purpose...& her contact no...I thought fax no. can be considered as a contact no...but it's not~!!! =( Must get her handphone or telephone no.~!!! =(

I went to Borders & read a book "Blogging"...heehee...so cool~!! I was asked not to sit on the floor 3 times by the same guy~!!! OMG~
Met S + YH outside Borders near the traffic junction at around 1700h...we then went to Shaw House...they went to ask if there were any job vacancies @ Italian Pasta & Pizza place...but they were not looking for people who can only work for 6 months...~
We then went to sit at the top level of Shaw House...saw G with her stead...we bought 2 sets of Long John Silver's Combo 1...
We just kept sitting there until 1945h...then we went home...S + YH took bus 162 home while I took bus 190 home...
Saw Kerin + 2 other female colleagues (can't remember who) at the bus-stop...they were taking bus 132...they were all surprised to see me there & asked," Eh!! Why are you here?"...heehee~~
The bus was very crowded & I had to stand...but found a seat at the later part of the journey...
Reached home at 2100h...just in time for "The Unbeatables III"....had fried rice + egg (yum~!!!!) for dinner...~ went online...
Went to bathe at 2200h then went back online again....

Woke up at 0630h today...yawnz...so early...~ Had bread + eggs for breakfast...yum~...
Left my house at 0700h....my dad drove me to the bus-stop when I've already walked halfway towards it...
Today is my 4th day of work~!!!
Took bus 190A to Plaza Singapura (that's the terminal stop)...it was sOoOo cold~!!!
Reached there at 0800h & I realised that the door is still locked...waited outside Snoopy Place until 0830h....when Tony arrived to open the door....heehee....this time I'm VERY early~!!! =P
I fixed the water dispensers...(have to pour away the soda water which was initially inside...den wash with clean water)...Tiffany taught me how to set up the coffee machine....(kidda complicated)...I then went to sweep + mop the floor with Jaynus (Shuya, 17 years old, BMC business school, ex-Bukit View Sec, stays near CCK CC, been working since Jan'2002)...gotta put a few slices of lemon into the water before mopping the floor...I also replenished the cutleries...re-filled the chilli flakes + cheese...top-up the chilli + tomato ketchup bottles....weighed 3g of Berry Dream (tea leaves) then put into a small, white bag...prepared lemon tea (7 packets of Lipton teabags + warm water + lemon)...put the Tiger beer mugs, Tiger beer bottles, Diet Pepsi cans, cakes, mineral water into the fridge near the sink...Tiffany then taught me how to re-fill the salt + pepper into the glass bottles that are placed on the tables...for the salt...I have to use a soup bowl to mix the salt together with some uncooked rice before pouring the mixture into the bottle using teapspoon + funnel...the uncooked rice is to prevent a large amount of salt from flowing out when customers use...& also to absorb the water vapour...the pepper is much easier....just use the teaspoon + funnel to refill the bottles...the pepper & salt have to be in pairs...(obvious~)....
I wore my Christmas hat for the first time...Jaynus helped me using hairpins...which I've come prepared with...all the staff gotta start wearing it from the start of this week...till January'2003...
Jaynus & I were the only morning shift people...Met Jia Zhi (dyed fringe, cool, friendly)...& Gynn (friendly, quiet) today... Hweenee & Christine also came for the afternoon shift...Christine then went over to the retail shop to help out...
Went for lunch with Jaynus at 1200h...I ate porridge + egg + vegetables....drank iced water...it was sOoOo delicious~!! =)
Chatted alot with Jaynus too...she's kidda funny...haha~

I took a few orders today only....very slack day...Also learnt a little bit about the Yummy Card rewards (white Snoopy card)...

Ended work today at 1500h...left my apron + Christmas hat + name tag + notepad in my locker...(lazy to bring home)...had a cut on my right index finger...no idea how did I get it...~
Took bus 14 from the bus-stop in front of Park Mall to Queensway Shopping Centre...even asked the bus driver if I've overshot..luckily I haven't...
Met my family there at around 1615h...I bought a pair of jeans + a pair of Nike shoes... =)
We then went to Bukit Batok 200+ blocks...where we bought a microwave oven...I just slept in the car waiting for them...
S went for the interview at somewhere near River Valley road...& she went to E's house...~
Reached home at 1830h...it was raining heavily...chatted with S then went to bathe...had char kuay teow + fishballs + fried chicken wings + duck meat + cabbage soup for dinner...~
Went online...went offline at 2100h for my sis to use the internet...
Watched "The Unbeatables III"...the storyline is getting a little complicated...~

Chatted with S for a while then went to watch "My Sassy Girl" (Korean) VCD on my computer...
It's such a SWEET SWEET show~!!! =) Love the following scenes....
1) Kyun Woo (Jian Yu, male lead) brings the rose down the stairway towards the girl...who was playing "Pachelbel Canon - George Winston" on the piano...
2) Kyun Woo listed out the 10 rules that a guy should follow if he wants to be with the girl...
3) How they reunited eventually~~ =)
SoOoOo sWeEeEeEeEt + funny~!!! =) The girl is very pretty...especially when she cries....~~ & the guy is so blur & innocent until very cute~~ =P

Also learnt how the Grandton card works already....it's as follows....

When I was bringing the tray that was full with cups to the kitchen...Daniel suddenly pushed open the other door...causing some of the cups to fall from my tray...~
There were 2 customers at table 36 who were really nice...they told me,"Don't stress...we're very nice people!" & they repeated their orders for me to take down....cos' I kidda forgotton...heehee~!! =)
Helped a couple take a photograph at table 34....~
Things started to slow down a little after 2100h...there were fewer customers by that time....phew~~
I had to do my duty at around 2130h...I vacuumed the black carpet....I gotta ask Sam & Christine on how to operate the yellow vacuum cleaner...haha..~ Cannot make it~!!! I then had to fold the carpet into two then pulled it to one side...
Sam is kidda funny + nice too...so much nicer than Tony~!!!!!!
Huini told me she's in Yishun JC..next year would be her 2nd year...she's 18 years old too...her birthday is in December though...she said it's coming soon~!!! She was the cashier for today...~
Found out that I was in the Red Team...together with Daniel..Alson + others...our team leader is Xiao Hui....
I ended work at 2200h today...Daniel asked me to go home together with him...so I waited for him to finish his soup...then we took the train home together...he told me alot about work...the dishes & the people...
Alson is his cousin....& Justin is Jerry's son!! Okay....hmmm....there're still other connections I think...forgotton~~
He alighted at Admiralty...K sms-ed me to ask if I want to go for the BT Band meeting @ AVA Theatrette, BPGHS at 1330h tomorrow....cos' the new principal wants to set up an alumni band...(???) But I don't think I will be going...~

We then took bus 190 to Far East Plaza & went to meet S inside Far East Plaza at 1245h....saw Ali on the bus...~
S bought Won Bin's poster for me~!!! =)
We walked around Level One...then walked in the rain to the underpass...went to the KFC at Ngee Ann City for lunch...
S & I ate cheese fries while YH ate a 2-piece chicken meal....
We then went to Cineleisure to buy the movie tickets to "Santa Clause 2"...& went to Heerens...
Listened to a few songs at HMV...then walked around Annex...
Walked back to Ngee Ann City....& sat at the cafe in Orchard library...shared a cup of iced blended mocha... =P
YH then went for a 1.5 hour hair-cut at Chez Vous at 1700h (!!!)....which is near the library....
S & I then walked around Ngee Ann City...YH's hair is so super short after the hair-cut....haha~....looks like a little boy...so cute...~
We then rushed to Cineleisure to catch "Santa Clause 2" which started at 1900h...bought popcorns + coke in....
The movie is okay okay only I guess...kidda sweet during certain scenes....brings out the christmas atmosphere...but nothing special about it....the show is more for kids....~
Anyway....we then took a long time deciding where to have our dinner...& eventually we went to Mos Burger @ Ngee Ann City...
All of us ate an Ebi Rice Burger meal...yum yum~~
Took the train home at 2200h...it was so damn crowded in the train...woo~...had a great day~!!! =)

Woke up at 0715h...ate a piece of pandan cake then left my house at 0800h....today is my second day of work...~
Took the train to Dhoby Ghaut..I was panicking on the train already cos' I knew I would be late..was supposed to reach at 0845h but I reached exactly at 0900h~!!! X(
Got scolded by Tony (Manager!!!)....he damn strict man~~ =(
My locker no. is 48....~~
MQ (18 years old, Singapore Polytechnic year1, Business IT, ex-Whitley Sec, netballer) is working the same shift as me today too...she guided me most of the time today...there were only the 2 of us for the morning shift...she taught me the things to do before the opening of the restaurant...such as...sweeping + mopping of the floor...refilling of the chilli + tomato sauce bottles...soaking 7 teabags into an almost full jug of warm water for 1.5 hour....cutting slices of lemon....wiping of the baby seats....switching on the christmas lightings...blowing the balloons using a machine...etc...~
The restaurant opened at 1030h....I started taking orders today~!!!...My first customers were a Japanese couple with a baby....
They ordered 2 glasses of iced fruit tea + Charlie Brown's Club (sandwich) + Charlie Beef Burger...I also served the food to them personally... =)
More staff came at 1200h for the afternoon shift....met 3 new people today...Charmaine (cool look, helpful) + Bernice (friendly, sweet) + Qingfen (friendly too)....Mimi came too...
Took quite a few orders....but seldom do serving...unless it's the drinks.... =P

Woke up at 0945h....went to meet HY at CCK control station at 1000h...G was there too...G + a few others are going to HY's house today....
HY passed to me her "My Sassy Girl" (Korean) VCD + the list of songs in "Shine - Bond" album...hee~ =)
Went home then went online....
Just realised today is my parents' 20th wedding anniversary....sigh~....everyone is just so busy working...I don't think there will be any celebration this year.... =(
Ate some sausages....& drank chocolate milk...(ehh....weird combination)....~
Took bus 190 & went to meet S at Far East Plaza @ 1200h....I was a little late....
Went to Level One @ Far East Plaza....then walked to Ngee Ann City....we were supposed to look for jobs...but every boutique said there are no job vacancies....yah....We saw a total of 3 camera shootings....of which we saw Bryan Wong & Wu Xu Ma Li...~
We then went to Paragon...then Spotlight @ Orchard Point....went to Plaza Singapura to eat @ Long John Silver's....
We then walked around...& even saw B together with a girl....haha~
Rained heavily when we took the train home....I reached home at 1800h....
Received a letter from Air Force....something about recruitment....hmmm....~
My handphone bill was over $50....OMG...cos' of my SMS usage ----> 1361 messages~!!!! OMG~~~~~~ =(
Dinner was rice with fish...fish fillet...vegetables...toufu (!!!)....~
Went online after dinner....getting really bored online also....sigh~~
Watched "The Unbeatables III" while online too....drank chicken soup at night....
Downloaded lots of songs & chatted with alot of people....~
Went offline at 0130h & went to sleep at 0200h....~

Woke up at 1100h....then quickly packed my stuff to go swimming...
Was hesitating at the bus-stop whether to swim or not..cos' the sky was rather dark...~
Then went to Lot1 for a while first...& finally decided to swim eventually...
I swam a total of 24 laps...was there from 1200h to 1430h...
At around 1345h...the sky began to clear & there was strong sunlight~!!! So I just stood there & get some sun-tanning...~ =)
Met ZH & ZM there....ZH talked to me more...he's now in Singapore Poly third year studying Biotechnoloy...~
ZH is currently looking for a job...
They waited for me outside the swimming pool & we took bus 307 home together....
Reached home at 1530h & went online....ate some MINI cakes...
Dinner was rice with egg...fish fillet...luncheon meat...tougan....
Was online again after dinner....downloaded alot of versions of "Pachelbel's Cannon in D"....real cool...~
Watched "First Touch" (first episode)...& "The Unbeatables III"....
Chatted with S for a while then went online again....~
Finally downloaded "My Way - Zhang Jing Xuan" again....very very very nice~!!!! =D
Was online until 0300h..then went to sleep...

Woke up at 0830h...yawnzZ...so early!! It's been a long time since I last woke up sooo early...~
Went online...ate only 4 MINI MINI cakes for breakfast...that's all....
Left my house at 1000h & took Bus190 to Plaza Singapura...I reached at 1100h...(rather early~~)...
Today is my first day of work~!! =)
Wore a white polo t-shirt + jeans + track shoes....~
I reported to Snoopy Place at 1130h...Huini (tanned, wears dark-framed spectacles) guided me in....I met Mark (the guy interviewed me the other time)...& he gave me the apron + cap...(part of my uniform)...Mark then guided me a little...then Huini took over....I gotta memorise all the table numbers...~~
I was really slow + clumsy~!!!....kept forgetting the things Huini told me...aiyohh~~ cannot make it....
Poured warm water all over a customer's table cos' I forgot to take up the glass to re-fill... X(
Told Kerin (very fair, pretty girl) the wrong table no. during billing somemore (oh god~~)... X(
I also met Mimi (malay, friendly) + Christina (Ngee Ann poly year1, 17 yrs old) + Alson (small guy) + Wendy (nice, friendly girl) + a girl who has got the same name as me...haha...& Wilson (the most friendly person there, 20 yrs old, big, tall & dark, studying in poly)....
S came too.....for the interview here....
At 1500h...Jerry came...then he gave me my tag + lots of forms + photocopied menu....I then sat at a table studying the menu until 1630h....Wilson is so funny + friendly =)
I checked out at 1700h....& went to find S....she was so tired cos' she went to many boutiques to ask for job vacancies...
We took the train home together...I went to Lot1 to walk around for a while then went home...reaching at 1845h...
Received a letter from CDC & CCC...congratulating on my good progress....& will be awarded with a $200 voucher for my good progress in JC year2....I didn't even realise I improved...maybe yeah...cos' my promotional exam sucksss~!!!
Bathed & had dinner....wanted to go online but my computer became spoilt....gotta re-boot the computer & recover the whole system...all my files originally in my computer are gone~!!!
Went online to re-download mIRC & ICQpro....hmmm...~ at least my computer still can be used...phew~~~ =)
Watched "The Unbeatables III" while online....was online until 0300h....
Chatted with J then went to sleep....at 0330h....~
Notes to remember during working:
1) Glasses with black straw = 7-Up (transparent drinks of cos~)
2) Glasses with no straw = Iced/Warm water (must re-fill~!!)
3) When re-filling iced/warm water, take the glass AWAY from the customer before pouring!!
4) Hold the jug of warm/iced water at its base (easier to carry)...
5) When setting up a table...check if it's table for 2/4/6/etc...take the respective no. of napkins (Snoopy print) + large forks + large knives....put them on a silver tray which has a red cloth on it...
6) The napkin should be placed on the right of every seat...fork on the inside...knife on the outside...(blade facing inwards)...
7) Memorise the table nos~!!! (no table 7/8/9 + many also don't have okiezz...)
8) When there're kids...remove the forks + knives on the table...replace them with smaller forks + spoons....forks on the inside...spoon outside....
9) Walk around & see if there're any dishes that can be cleared...ask if can first~!!!
10) When clearing...don't stack plates on the table then carry away....take the plates & put on your hand....
11) Always bring a tray + rag on small plate along with you when clearing cups/glasses...put them on the tray....then use the rag to clean the table...wipe any stuff onto the small plate....
12) When the glasses/cups tray is full....bring the whole tray to the kitchen...empty all the liquid (into the sink) & ice-cream (into the trashcan at the side)....slot the glasses into the grey container for washing...
13) When the cutleries containers are full....bring the whole container to the kitchen & just leave it there...
14) When the tray with plates is full....carry the plates (only...not the whole tray...damn heavy k..) to the kitchen...& leave them there...
15) Note where to get chilli & tomato sauce...(at the counter)...
16) Booth seats (comfortable ones..) area is the "Snoopy" area...The higher ground one is the "Charlie" area...the back is the "Woodstock" area...
17) Always check out the soup of the day/ vegetables of the day/ dessert of the day....

Woke up at 1030h by S' call...
Went online...read K's email...so funny~~...he also sent a prom night photograph of YT, JH, G & of course himself....~ =)
Went to meet HY at 1230h at CCK MRT station...we took a train to Boon lay...went to Jurong Point....
Walked around Jurong Point....then watched "Surprise Party" (Korean) at 1435h...bought popcorn + drinks in....there was even a pack of "Lord Of The Ring" poker cards....haha~
Saw the trailer for "Two Weeks' Notice"...starring Hugh Grant & Sandra Bullock (!!!!!)....a romantic comedy....MUST-WATCH~!!!!
"Surprise Party" was alright~~...kidda funny + sweet....things turn out surprisingly too (duh~~) ....
We then took the train to Woodlands....& walked around in Causeway Point then even went to the Woodlands Library...haha~ =P
I reached home at 1845h...just in time for dinner....ate only popcorns the whole day~~~
Went out with my parents to IMM...it's been a long time since I last went out with my parents...
Dad bought me 5 pieces of top from HangTen....2 of which are my white polo t-shirts for tomorrow's work.... =)
We then went to Giant to do some shopping too....reached home at 2100h....just in time for "The Unbeatables III"....
Went online while watching the show....
Went to bathe after watching the show then went back online again...
Sis got burnt by the oven at her working place....~ aiyohh..~
Was online until 0245h then went to sleep.....zZzZ...~

Woke up at 1000h by Big Aunt's call...yawnzZz...
Chatted with S for a while...then went CCK stadium for a swim + tan....
Was there from 1130h to 1300h...there was free entry to the pool today....no idea why....
Swam 20 laps continuosly + 4 extra laps....got quite abit of the sun too~~ shiok~!!!
Started raining so I went to bathe....& was drenched while running to the bus-stop to take a bus home....phew~~
Went online after I reached home...& ate some stuff....haven't eaten anything since yesterday's popcorn chicken...~
Had porridge for dinner....almost died of hunger~~ X(
Watched "Star Awards 2002"....It was soOoO grand....sOoO cool...& kidda funny sometimes too~~ All the artistes looked fabulous this year....no weird make-up etc~~ (Thank God~)....It was from 1900h to 2230h....(kidda over-ran)...
Li Nanxing won the Best Actor award (The Vagrant) & Huang Biren won The Best Actress award (Beautiful Connection)...~
Went online after watching the show~~
Slept at 0130h listening to "So Close" soundtrack...~

S gave me a morning call at 1000h...yawnzz~~...chatted with her for a while then went to eat my roti prata while online.... =P
Rushed out to meet S at Far East Plaza at 1200h (we suppose to meet at 1130h....I was late~!!!)....
Went to the newly-opened Levelution @ Far East Plaza Level One....saw alot of Perfect 10 crew there....very cool + funky place...juz like Annex @ Heerens....~
Came out of Far East Plaza & S saw YH & his friend in front of us....I called him & surprised him...muahaha~~!!! =P
S & I actually wanted to hunt for jobs today....but we ended up walking around....to Takashimaya...Wisma Atria...Shaw House...then walked all the way to Cathay Cineleisure to catch "Die Another Day - 007" at 1530h....we bought KFC's popcorn chicken in to eat....(that's my dinner too by the way...)
Sat at the front row...but there's alot of space in front for my legs to stretch...so it ain't that bad...~
The movie is sOoOoO action-packed....so much explosives....so many beautiful cars....Halle Berry is sooo stylo & James Bond is so cool~~ wOoO....~ Very noisy & chaotic movie on the whole....hahaa..~~ =P
Took the train back after the movie....it has been a rainy rainy day...sigh~~ YH went to Malaysia again....aiyoh...keep coming & going....~
I went to Bukit Batok alone to buy my swimsuit.....finally got it~!!! =) But these few days keep on raining....how to swim???
Reached home at 2000h...no one was home...but parents came home shortly after I bathed...~

Woke up at 0530h to check my messages on my handphone...
Woke up at 1000h....YH asked me to go Suntec with him....
Had beehoon for breakfast...
YH & I had miscommunication & we ended up meeting in CCK bus interchange at around 1245h...
We took bus 190 to Raffles City...went to redeem my M-Card...then went to Burger King to eat....
We went to see my sis at work...haha...
We went to Suntec....he bought a zodiacs jigsaw puzzle....
Met S at 1530h at Suntec....we went to eat at Kenny Roger's....
Took bus 14 to Orchard Road...wanted to catch a movie at Cathay Cineleisure but did not eventually....
Went to drink iced caffe mocha at Starbucks @ Paragon....
Walked around at Paragon + HMV...
Took MRT home...YH is going back to Malaysia....
Reached home at 2100h...watched news then went online....
Listened to music & went to sleep at 0200h....
